Fuchsia and Gold Irvine Wedding // Alyssa and Ryan
This Fuchsia and Gold Irvine wedding had me feeling allllllll the feels. Alyssa is, hands down, one of the sweetest people I have ever met. And, I'm not one to hand out such high accolades frivolously. So, you best believe it! I've known Alyssa and her family for about two years. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Alyssa's parents, Laura and Joey, you'll quickly see where she gets her sweetness from. When I learned that I would be photographing Alyssa and Ryan's wedding in Irvine, I was super pumped! As all the details unfolded during the planning process, I found myself falling head over heels in love with their color palette. Not many people can pull off a gold and fuchsia wedding...and this couple absolutely nailed it.
Alyssa and Ryan had a classic wedding ceremony at a local church in Irvine. Simple floral decor was on display (check out Vanessa's bouquet of blooms as big as your head), but the real show stopper was the ear-to-ear smile on the father of the bride as he walked his baby down the aisle. Joey's love for his daughter was palpable and I don't think there was in a dry eye in that church. Even mine. (I later cried during the father-daughter dance too....duh).
After the ceremony, the newlyweds were joined by their family and friends for a stunning reception at Orange Hill Restaurant. Have you been there? Orange Hills boasts the best views of the valley from their patio and claim that you can see from Orange County clear to Catalina. I'm happy to report, they were not lying! I felt so privileged (and downright giddy) to be able to capture the hills, the city, the lights and the energy from above.
Classic ceremony. Stunning reception. Beautiful couple. Throw in a whole lot of love and what you get is a lot of beautiful memories.....and beautiful photographs to go with them.
I hope you enjoy this gold and fuchsia Irvine wedding as much as I did.
