In-home newborn lifestyle sessions are easily becoming my favorite thing to photograph. When I chatted with Bridie about the type of photos she wanted of her new family of three (only 9 weeks in) I knew we had a similar style and it was going to be a dream to shoot. Their new little fella, Jackson, was totally at ease as we dragged him around the apartment from one spot to the next. So at ease that he fell asleep mid-way through our shoot, which for a 9-week-old is pretty rare. Bridie styled their cute little Los Angeles apartment herself and I was super into the retro vibe, so much so that I had to contain myself from over-shooting photos of the interior. But I mean, the three of them were pretty fun to photograph as well. ;)
